This policy (together with our terms of use (as set out on our website [www.ospra.com] and any engagement letter or terms of service entered into with you as a client) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. Provisions of this privacy policy may not apply to you depending on your location or citizenship.

For the purpose of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the controller of your data is Ospra Aps, incorporated and registered in Denmark with CVR 45025403 whose office is at Reventlowsvej 26, 8260 Viby J, Denmark.

All personal data will be held and processed in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy law, including the GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act.

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us.: You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, social media or email. This includes information you provide when you register to use our site, onboard as a client to our services, provide any information to our site, make an enquiry, provide feedback, correspondence with us, and when you report a problem with our site.
The information you give us may include your name; address; e-mail address; social media, phone number; billing information; personal identification; country of residence; photographs; organisation details (if relevant); or other personally identifiable information or commercial information in documents that you send us.

Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:information about your visit, including the full URL clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); pages you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page;  internet protocol (IP) address, your location data, login data, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website.

Information we receive from other sources. We also work with third parties (including, for example, clients, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers,) and may receive information about you from them.

Google Analytics

This Website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

The Website uses Google Analytic’s IP anonymisation function. Google will truncate/anonymise the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. On our behalf, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Website, compiling reports on Website activity and providing other services relating to Website activity and internet usage to us. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this Website.

Google Adwords  

We uses Google Adwords, a service to display ads for us. Google search and Google AdWords use cookies, which allow Google to display relevant ads on Google properties (such as Google Search). This works as follows: If you access our website through a Google ad on Google Search, Google Adwords will store a cookie on your device. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not expired, we, and Google, may recognize that the ad has been clicked and that a visitor has been redirected to our website. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to identify you personally.  

The information generated by cookies on the use of this website (including your IP address) are transmitted to Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser.  

You can also opt-out of personalized advertising in Google AdWords Settings.  

Facebook Pixel

We may from time to time use Facebook pixel. This tool helps us to understand and deliver ads through Facebook. The collected data like your IP address and browser information is processed by Facebook. Facebook may be able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes.  

LinkedIn Insights and Ads script

We may from time to time use LinkedIn Insights or Ads Script. Provider of this tool is the LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierling Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This tool helps us to track conversions, retarget website visitors and improve our website.

4. Uses made of the Information

We use information held about you in the following ways:

Information you give to us. We will use this information:

·       to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us;
·       to perform anonymised analytics to ensure we are providing the best possible service;

·       Right to Object to or Restrict Processing. In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal information. For example, if we are processing your information on the basis of our legitimate interests and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for our processing which override your rights and interests. While we are happy for such requests to be made, we are not able to guarantee technical compatibility with a third party organisation’s systems. We are also unable to comply with requests that relate to personal information of others without their consent.

Disclosure of your Information
We may share your personal information with any member of our group from time to time, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries as defined in the Danish Companies Act.

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.
