Contact Ospra by email or phone to get started. The first step is a workshop with an Ospra specialist, where we ask targeted questions to understand your needs and ensure a tailored solution.

2. Document Checklist & Submission

Once the documentation package has been uploaded to the secure Ospra portal, a structured review process begins. (Hard copies? No problem — we offer flexible solutions.)

3. Documentation review

Ospra’s technical engineers review and validate your documentation package. If anything is missing, we will contact you to resolve it. Once the review is complete, a Certificate of Documentation Level (CODL) is issued.

Ospra’s team prepares and delivers the final quotation and timeline, along with the license plan.

5. Onboarding and launch
